The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking bids for Unemployment Insurance (UI) Appeals Mentoring and Support Services.
To reduce backlog, TWC’s Commission Appeals (CA) department requires highly experienced, expert Mentors for Reviewing Attorneys (RA’s), as well as to make and administer training recommendations/assistance based on review of RA work product.
These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications,which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award.
