Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice for Notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Small Business Vendor to obtain Transcription Services for VA New England Healthcare hospitals.
