Project Description: Bucks County Community College (BCCC) invites qualified web design and development firms to submit proposals for designing and developing a new, responsive, comprehensive, and fully accessible website. The new site must support the College’s mission, enhance the user experience for all audiences, reflect and strengthen our brand identity, and comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA standards or higher.
