This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source program evaluation support for select projects in VRHRC-WRJ annual business plan from Dartmouth College for the VAMC White River Junction. The contractor will provide the required personnel and equipment to cover the needs of this work. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.
