Project Description: The City of Charlotte seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms to provide Streetscape Building Height Survey services. These surveys support the Historic District Commission (HDC) application process by supplying comparative height data for buildings within the same block as proposed permit sites. The selected firm will conduct elevation surveys from sea level, reporting sidewalk height and overall building height on both sides of the front elevation.
