The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, hereby announces its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed contract to Melling Medical for procuring the Bertec CDP/IVR Upgrades. Additionally, responsible sources are invited to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating, by a preponderance of the evidence, that another contractor can fulfill a service contract for the Bertec CDP/IVR Upgrades at the James A.
