Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP Facility Services Department), requests Bids for Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance and Repair Services and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.

The Contractor’s responsibilities will include diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of various commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as directed by the assigned WSFP Facility Services Department staff. Controls wiring and related work may also be required to be performed under this Contract.

Service is required year-round at the Wisconsin State Fair Park and will include services and repairs during events as assigned during Regular and Non-Regular Business Days and Hours.
