BOAT RAMP REPLACEMENT: the scope is to replace the failing existing concrete plank ramp with a concrete boat ramp panel system. This work consist of removing and resetting 60 feet long x 8 feet wide floating dock, installing approximate 150 feet erosion control mechanism (silt curtain), sawcut existing pavement, removing approximately 3 cubic yards existing asphalt concrete, removing an existing 30 feet long x 12 feet wide concrete plank boat ramp, excavating grading 45 cubic yards of embankment, placing 100 square yards geotextile type II, placing and compacting 6 inch layer aggregate, 15 cubic yards government source, erecting and installing panel steel rail system, placing nine 4 feet long x 14 feet wide x 8 inch thick concrete panels, wrapping the new boat ramp with keyed class 2 riprap and finally placing and compacting 2 inch thick asphalt concrete payment, approximately 7 ton, matching existing to proposed grades.
