Attahced is the Limited Source J&A for the award of the cotract FA483025F0031. The Winvale Groupp LLC was awarded the contract as they were the only company to have the female bladder system capable of being reused we're procuring on their catalog in GSA Advantage and IAW FAR 8.405(1)(c) we must place orders with the schedule contractor that can provide the supply.
