The purpose of this solicitation is to select a contractor to provide construction, installation, labor, equipment, and material requirements for the installation of the switchyard electrical equipment for the Starratt Substation T2 Addition. The Contractor shall erect in place, test, and leave ready for service, the facilities shown on the Contract Drawings and herein specified.
