Project Description: The project includes construction of Ivanhoe Street from Willoughby Beach Road to Cedar Drive an approximate length of 790 feet. The roadway construction includes full-depth pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway entrance, concrete box culvert, in an existing stream, drainage, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management facility, traffic control, and landscaping.
