Description
The VISN-12 Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office is hereby giving notice that it intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price six (6) total month sole source bridge with all options to Ricoh USA, Inc. 300 Eagle view BLVD STE 200, Exton Pennsylvania, 19341 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This effort will take place from November 1st, 2024, until April 30th, 2025, with all exercised options and subject to an option to purchase IAW FAR 7.402 (b). The requirement being sole sourced is for leasing and service of existing Ricoh brand Production Printing Devices owned by the OEM to support mission accomplishment for the VISN-12 VHA Medical Centers, Clinics and Offices. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Size standard is $35M.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. A competitive acquisition is underway during this period by the Government Printing Office (GPO) for a new multi-year requirement to fulfill the government s needs. Any responses to this notice must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Parris Weidenbach, parris.weidenbach@va.gov or David Picchi, David.picchi@va.gov in writing via email to the Governments intent. A completed single source Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted at award.
