Work for the site generally consists of the addition of gutters over the access doorways to the courtyard at Building 1788, demolition of the interior courtyard concrete, tree wells, and storm inlet, grading and installation of new concrete and trench drain in the courtyard, replacement of 6-inch storm drain pipe, and repair failed and/or missing joint sealant and masonry sealant in courtyard. This notice is a combined presolicitation notice and sources-sought request for information. Please refer to the attachment for response instructions.
