Strathcona County
It is the County’s intent that once a successful respondent is selected by the County, it will be requested to enter into an agreement with the County for the provision of the Year 1 Deliverables as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Year 1 Deliverables”). After completion of the Year 2 Deliverables, the County, at its discretion, may engage the successful respondent for the Year 3 Deliverables. After completion of the Year 3 Deliverables, the County at its discretion may engage the successful respondent for the Year 4 Deliverables. Deliverables as further described for the Year 2 Deliverables, Year 3 Deliverables, and Year 4 Deliverables in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A For clarity, references to “Deliverables” in this RFQ refer to the Year 1 Deliverables, the Year 2 Deliverables, the Year 3 Deliverables, and the Year 4 Deliverables.
