Project Description: The City of Chester, PA is initiating a Request for Information (RFI) to gather qualifications and pricing structures from experienced Construction Management (CM) firms to manage four (4) primary trades over a fifteen-month (15) project period to build a new Public Works Facility (Office, Garage, Salt Shed and Parking Canopy). The project is expected to start 9/2/2025 and end 11/21/2026. The City will not be issuing a formal RFP to this RFI but is, however, looking to contract for these CM professional services by June 20, 2025 at the latest.
