Description
In 2024 the Legislature directed the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (Commission, PUC) to hire a third-party contractor (who may engage subcontractors) to conduct a study on the human health and environmental impacts of operating and maintaining a carbon dioxide pipeline. The legislation (Minnesota 2024 Session Law, Chapter 126, Article 6, Section 50) also lays out the areas of study that must be considered in the report. The report must include recommendations on the regulation of carbon dioxide pipelines and be submitted to the Legislature no later than November 1, 2026
Note: Suppliers registered only as bidder must register as suppliers before they can be awarded an event. Make sure that the registration occurs prior to the notice of intent to award.
