Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) number 4TX1108 is hereby modified to include a critical agency requirement: trailer pull-through parking.
Specifically, offerors must now include at least one (1) designated parking space measuring 10' x 14' suitable for trailer pull-through. All
proposals submitted in response to RLP 4TX1108 will be evaluated based on this revised agency requirement. Furthermore, this
amendment updates the General Clauses from document 3517A to 3517B, and the Solicitation Provisions from document 3516A to 3516,
as required by Leasing Alert LA-26-01.
Amendment as follows:
1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE AND LEASE TERM (SLAT) (OCT 2020)
The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick,
stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. If not a new Building, the Space
offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with
modern conveniences.
