Clark Construction, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is looking to
assemble a team of project partners to deliver the Redevelopment of Pimlico Racing Facility
project.
Join us at this virtual event to gain insight into the project scope and schedule, connect with the
Clark team, learn about our prequalification process.
Project Details
The Maryland Stadium Authority is leading a comprehensive redevelopment of the Pimlico Race Course
to transform it into a year-round, world-class racing and community destination.
This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11%
woman-owned. Only MBEs certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will count
towards the goal. This is also a prevailing wage project.
