This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the Syracuse Air Traffic Control Tower in Syracuse, NY, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Chart in the following attachments:

• J-1 Janitorial SOW


• J-2 SYR Frequency Chart

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is:

561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million

The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 4/1/26.
