This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20250117.United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Recruiting and Retention Marketing items in accordance with Attachment 1, 2, and 3.
