Description: To select a vendor or multiple vendors that can work together to support the needs of the Sullivan County Department of Solid Waste in the Tip Floor Management, Hauling, and Final Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris.
