Schumacher Hall – Replace VRF System
Description:

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091143 titled Schumacher Hall – Replace VRF System until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2025, the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by February 28, 2026.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $50, made payable to Dataflow is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Cindy Lehr Cindy.Lehr@oneonta.edu and Dan Harter Daniel.Harter@ramboll.com . The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is July 7, 2025 by 2:00pm.

A project walk through will be held on June 30, 2025, at 9:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
