INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source service contract to Landauer, Inc.
The NAICS code is 541380 with a Product and Service Code of H158.
This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 AM CST, November 22, 2025, to paul.dixon@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
