25-16 Commissary Service Provider for the Jail

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Commissary Service Provider for the Jail

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, April 15 22, 2025 (Extended in Addendum 1)

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division is requesting proposals from qualified contractors who are interested in providing commissary services for the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office Main Jail and Jail Work Center, as further described in the RFP document.
