Out of home advertising for Delaware Army National Guard recruiting and retention purposes at Delaware State University (DSU) academic and athletic venues. This recruiting advertising for Academic Year 2026-2027 targets participants, students, friends, and families attending or visiting Delaware State University or visiting DSU athletics digital media platforms.
