| Notes | The requested services consist of providing design drawings, special provisions, and an estimate of probable construction costs for the Sloan Canyon Gateway Park project. This includes the design, survey and construction of a 21-acre park located on BLM-administered public land. The park will feature a 1-mile natural surface trail, a ½-mile glow trail, public art sculptures, natural play equipment, solar lighted parking, and a green restroom facility. The project will also include landscape restoration to maintain the natural desert environment. The process will include public outreach with a concept plan. There will be coordination between multiple agencies and tribal community. The City intends to perform construction management and inspection with internal staff. Final deliverables may vary and will be negotiated with the selected consultant. |
