RE: NOTICE OF AWARD-RFP 2025-07 Project Based Voucher (PBV) Services
All Respondents:
The purpose of this notice is to inform you that the review of the proposal submitted in response to the subject
RFP has been completed. MHA issued a commitment letter, pending successful completion of the project and
inspection and acceptance of units by MHA, to Tri-State Development, Inc., and The Morrow Companies (WBM,
LLC)/Aletheia House. This commitment will expire upon the earlier of (i) the closing of the financing for the
project, or, (ii) June 30, 2027.
