A Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference will be held in the Transit Conference Room located at 1000 West Washington St, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 on January 28, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at which time County personnel will be present to answer any questions. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. Contractors wishing to visit the site will be given the opportunity to do so with the County's Representative immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference.
