Description

The 305th Operations Support Squadron has identified a requirement for a Continuous Friction Measuring Equipment (CFME), RT3 Flight model or equivalent, to be delivered to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ. This initiative supports the integration of CFME with software capable of uploading friction values instantaneously, enabling Aircrew and senior base leadership to access real-time friction data. This capability is critical for assessing airfield suitability for aircraft operations and determining overall mission viability. As part of the contract, the contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty covering all CFME components and installation, inclusive of normal wear and tear. Additionally, the contractor will dispatch a qualified technician to JB MDL to complete installation of the CFME at Building 1758. All deliverables shall be installed on the customer-provided vehicle and completed within 45 days of contract award.
