All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk thru will be held on February 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm at 50 Bishop Street, Waterbury CT. Contract documents including plans & specifications can be viewed online and purchased from Advanced Reprographic’s website. Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select WINDOWS, DOORS, & SIDING REPLACEMENT at SCATTERED SITES for the WATERBURY HOUSING AUTHORITY, beginning on February 10, 2025. 5% Bid Security (Over $25K ONLY) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (Over $100K ONLY) are required.
