Bidder MUST BE A FULLY AUTHORIZED DEALER for Vivax Metrotech VLoc3-9800 Pipe & Cable Utility Locator Kt and the VM-500 Series 5" Inductive Signal Clamp at the time of bid submission. The bidder must maintain this status throughout the duration of the bidding and purchasing process.  Bidder must be able to provide manufacturer's standard warranty and shall be an authorized service provider for the equipment offered.

Upon request, bidder must submit a signed letter from the manufacturer on the manufacturer’s letterhead certifying that the bidder is an authorized dealer in good standing and is authorized to sell and service these products.   Non-submission within 1 day of request will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
