INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 2:00 pm, local time Monday, December 29, 2025, and publicly read aloud, for Athletic Apparel.
The purpose of this project is to obtain responses and a contract for new Athletic Apparel and accessories for the City of Conway Parks and Recreation Departments (the Department) Youth Baseball and Youth Softball program.
Bidders must register for and submit this bid online: Arkansas.ionwave.net . Plans, specifications, proposal forms, and other contract documents are available on this website. Questions pertaining to this bid may also be submitted on this website.
