Purpose of solicitation: Lawn Care Services Master Agreement

5-year master agreement for lawn maintenance to include mowing grass, edging, weedeating, weeding beds, blowing off of sidewalks and parking lot, fertilization as needed, and weed prevention as needed at the following lab:

April through November - services provided every two weeks.  (18 visits total)

December through March - services provided once (1) monthly.  (4 visits total)

Weed Control and Fertilization - includes 7 applications per year.
