General Contracting Services (GC)

Project Description: Chicago Public Schools invites the submission of responses from organizations who wish to provide construction General Contracting (GC) services to CPS. GCs who are awarded a contract under this Request for Qualifications will become part of the General Contracting pre-qualified pool. This pool is permitted to bid on future construction projects at CPS. Only pre-qualified contracted GC vendors may bid on and provide such services.
*** Current contracted GC vendors in the General Contracting pre-qualified pool MUST submit to this new RFQ to continue to be in the pool. The current pool expires on December 31, 2026 and has NO ADDITIONAL RENEWALS. Failure to submit to this RFQ will result in your elimination from the GC pool on December 31, 2026. ***
There are two categories. Respondents shall select only one category.
Category A: Projects GREATER THAN $1.5 MILLION
OR
Category B: Projects LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO $1.5 MILLION
