Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Project Description:
Traffic Projections/Forecasting Studies to include two (2) Contracts:
Contract 1 - Districts 1, 2, 4 & 5
Contract 2 - Districts 3, 6 & 7
Summary of Scope of Work:
The selected consultant(s) will conduct project site-visits (as appropriate), attend project coordination meetings
at the direction of GDOT staff members, provide professional and technical services to GDOT in relation to the
collecting, processing, and reporting of traffic data and traffic projections. All the collected traffic data counts
and traffic forecast/projections are for sites designated by the GDOT Office of Planning.

From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFQ, until
successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not
allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFQ Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the
Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the
upcoming Request for Qualifications, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFQ or as provided by any
existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the
submittal of the offending respondent.
