Project Description: The FM 1103 Water and Sewer Relocations project involves relocating or lowering 13 water lines, including about 7,500 linear feet of new water line and 1,200 linear feet of steel encasement. It also includes adjustments to seven sanitary sewer segments with approximately 1,200 linear feet of new pipe, 550 linear feet of steel encasement, and 30 cubic yards of concrete encasement along FM 1103 from Rodeo Way to FM 78.
