The City of Glasgow is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of fuel for use by various city departments. The selected vendor will supply gasoline and diesel fuel throughout the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025.

• Regular Unleaded Gasoline (minimum 87 octane)

• Premium Unleaded Gasoline (minimum 91 octane)

• On-Road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (clear)

• Off-Road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (dyed)

All fuel must meet current ASTM standards. Deliveries are to be made to designated city facilities as requested.

• Pricing must be based on OPIS (Oil Price Information Service) Louisville average daily rack price plus bidder’s markup.

• Markup must include freight, overhead, and profit.

• All applicable taxes and fees must be clearly stated.

• The City of Glasgow reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the city.
