Description
The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for Interior Selective Demolition and Structural
Repair Services for the Minor Street building at the West Broad Campus. Sealed proposals will be received
by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia,
30607, until 1:00 PM on June 2, 2026.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday May 21, 2026 in the 2nd
floor Nutrition Conference room #206 District Services Building located at 145 Paradise Blvd. Athens,
Georgia 30607.
Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST
Office, email bassettt@clarke.k12.ga.us Subject of email to read: RFP #26-0602 Interior Selective
Demolition and Structural Repair Services for the Minor Street Building at the West Broad Campus.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Quote and Bid Specifications. No
bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
