The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement to perform maintenance and repairs as needed on a walk-in cooler located at our Mitchem Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory, 1833 Industrial Blvd, Boaz, AL 35957.

Note:

(1) Supplier must be certified to work on Larkin Laboratory Walk-In Coolers.  The Department Of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request documentation from Supplier which states they are authorized to perform maintenance and repairs on Larkin Laboratory Walk-In Cooler.

(2) Awarded Supplier must not sub-contract maintenance and repairs on Laboratory Walk-In Cooler.

Description of Service: Laboratory Walk-In Cooler Repairs and Maintenance.  Maintenance and repairs to include but not limited to door gaskets, fans, motors, condensers, etc.

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
