Project Description: The purpose of this request is to establish a contract with a qualified bidder to purchase wood chips (biomass) generated from the City of Sioux Falls’ tree and wood debris processing operations. The City intends to award the contract to the responsible bidder offering the highest bid price per cubic yard for the purchase and removal of the available wood chips (biomass).
