Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
