Conducting Procurement Unit: State Mail & Distribution Services
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: outbound international express (bulk) mail for the shipper. Shipments will consist of mostly printed matter and will be shipped from State Mail & Distribution Services located at 250 North 1950 West, Suite C, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.

Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
