The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Drive-On Containment Systems to support its mission readiness, protect the environment, and maintain compliance with state & federal regulations. Please review Attachment B - Scope of Work.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. This solicitation is subject to the appropriation of funds. The total number of units purchased will depend on the appropriation of funds and the submitted cost(s) from the vendors.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing until delivery.
