Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the construction of a concrete ramp and change the entrance level of the Embassy residence. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown on the Standard Form 1442 (Box 8) that follows this letter.
Quotations are due by June 26, 2025 at 16:30 PM (Amman Time GMT+3). Quotations MUST be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov. Offers sent to any other address or addressed to specific individuals will NOT be considered.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
The Government is planning a site visit in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, Site Visit.

In order to facilitate the visit preparations, prospective offerors should contact at AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov, Attention Saif Abu Mahfoud, and provide company name, attendee’s names and identification numbers no later than June 12, 2025 at 15:00 P.M. (Amman Time GMT+3) to make arrangements for security processing for entry of attendees into the U.S. Embassy compound. Only two representatives per company are allowed. Be sure to include RFQ 19J01025Q0023 in the subject line of your email.
