Ansul System Servicing, Testing, and Certification

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Ansul System Servicing, Testing, and Certification - Stockton Readiness Center located at Stockton Readiness Center, 8010 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206.  Work to include: The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, bonds, and insurance to service, test, and certify one (1) three gallon Ansul System at the Stockton Armory.  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35087 - DO NOT OPEN.

Bidders are not required to visit the worksite.¿Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk.¿Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting  Brandy Llamas at Brandy.Llamas@cmd.ca.gov or (925) 351-9716

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license, or subcontract to one.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/22/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35087.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 4/29/2025 at 2:00 PM.
