Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to removal of the existing gas water heater, hot water storage tanks, hot water return pump and piping and providing a new gas water heater, hot water storage tank, tempered water return pump and associated piping, insulation, structural modifications, roofing repairs, acoustical suspended ceilings, painting and electrical work as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
