Property Tax Notice Printing & Distribution

The Assessor Treasurer's office of Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County) is seeking a supplier capable of compiling data to print, personalize, manufacture and mail or electronically distribute Property Tax Statements and Notices required by state law. This includes the folding, inserting and mailing or electronic distribution of notices to individual property owners several times a year as required by statute.

The notices sent by our office to property taxpayers are time sensitive and must be distributed on a firm schedule. Each notice is individually designed with variable form fields that present differently for taxpayers as defined by the data provided from our tax administration and collection system.
