River Street Culvert - Design Services
The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide services in support of the design of the culvert under River Street, near Strawberry Hill, in Windsor, CT. The selected firm will provide engineering services to support the design of improvements to the River Street culvert including, but are not limited to, survey, hydraulic analysis, design, obtain permits and preparation of bid documents and technical specifications for the improvement areas to the River Street culvert.
