Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive media buying services for Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). The selected agency will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans to support the College’s enrollment, branding, and awareness goals across a variety of platforms. Key target audiences include Gen Z, Millennials, adult learners, and underserved populations within Atlantic and Cape May counties.
Services include media planning, placement, negotiation, performance reporting, and vendor coordination. Proposals must demonstrate regional market expertise, experience with higher education or similar mission-driven institutions, and the ability to manage both institutional and grant-funded campaigns.
All submissions must be completed electronically via the Bonfire Procurement Portal. No paper or in-person submissions will be accepted.
