Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Friday 22 May 2026 7am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. • Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance.

• The Government will not accept late quotes.


• The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete.


• Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote.
